ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

1. Reservation conditions

  • 1.1. Send an inquiry via our website's contact form.
  • 1.2. After we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm availability.
  • 1.3. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation to the e-mail address you submitted.
  • 1.4. За всяка резервация се изисква авансово плащане в размер на стойността на първата нощувка от пакета до 5 календарни дни.
  • 1.5. If a deposit is requested in advance, your reservation is valid, but it is only deemed CONFIRMED after making the required payment for the specific request and receiving payment confirmation by e-mail.
  • 1.6. In case the payment is not received within the specified time frame, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

2. Cancellation conditions

  • 2.1. Inform us via our website's contact form.
  • 2.2. Анулации без неустойка могат да се правят до 30 дни преди датата на настаняване. След тази дата се дължи 100% неустойка от внесения депозит (с изключение на форсмажорни обстоятелства или ситуации касаещи здравoсловното състояние на гостите – изисква се медицински документ)
  • 2.3. In cases of force majeure and other circumstances beyond the hotelier's control, the hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation.
  • 2.4. Промяна или съкращаване на престоя при оферти ранно настаняване и специални пакети не може да се извършва! При корекции, приложената отстъпка и всички привилегии ще бъдат загубени! За всички корекции се дължи 100% неустойка от стойността на престоя. Резервацията се прекалкулира по актуалните цени на рецепция.
  • 2.5. In cases of force majeure and other circumstances beyond the hotelier's control, the hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation.
  • In these cases, the hotelier:
  • Offers the client accommodation for different period under the same conditions and rates.
  • Refunds the client's deposit within 30 (thirty) days of receiving a written request for this from the tourist, without incurring any penalties.

3. Accommodation conditions

  • 3.1. Check-in and check-out time
  • • Check-in every day after 14:00
  • • Check-out until 11:00.
  • We appreciate your understanding that checking out of your accommodation later than 11:00 is subject to hotel occupancy and availability on the day of your departure.
  • Please inform Reception about your request. We will let you know whether this is possible on the day of your departure.
  • The hotel requires an extra fee for checking out after 11:00:
  • • Check-out until 14:00: BGN 40.00
  • • Check-out until 16:00: BGN 60.00
  • Check-out after 16:00: the total price for one night’s stay
  • 3.3. Pets are not accommodated.
  • 3.4. Check-in at the hotel requires the presenting of personal documents proving the guests' identity. The information you provide is protected in line with the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts regulating data security, and it is processed only in connection with the implementation of the Tourism Act's established requirements. 5. Rights and obligations of the parties

  • 5.1. A Marina City Aparthotel agrees to provide the clients with all the services they have requested and paid for.
  • 5.2. Marina City Aparthotel agrees not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional circumstances where such a change is economically justifiable.
  • 5.3. Marina City Aparthotel is not liable for damages caused by third-party acts.
  • 5.4. All complaints on the quality of paid services must be submitted by the client on-site at the hotel in order to eliminate faults. The application is submitted in written form. If the claims are not met, the client should request a report from the responsible party. The client will obtain the hotel management's official opinion on the problem within 3 (three) working days of the report’s creation.
  • 5.5. Amounts paid for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the client’s fault are non-refundable.
  • 5.6. All prices displayed on the Marina City Aparthotel website and in e-mail communications addressed to clients are in Bulgarian leva and include VAT and tourist tax. They may be linked to other offers, promotions, and terms in some situations. If you require any additional information about our offerings, our team is at your disposal.
  • 5.7. Costs of additional services are not included in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.
  • 5.8. The hotel is not liable for lost, forgotten, or stolen things held outside the personal safe in the rooms; restaurants, or pool area, as well as for third-party damages.
  • 5.9. During his/her stay at the hotel, the client takes responsibility for adhering to generally accepted norms of good behavior. The client is responsible for paying all expenses related to material damage to the hotel.
  • 5.10. According to national legislation, smoking is not permitted in the rooms of Marina City Aparthotel. As a result, in the event of noncompliance with them, the hotel retains the right to impose a fee of BGN 150.00 without prior notification.
  • 5.11. Guests using the services of Marina City Aparthotel must be of legal age within Bulgarian legislation (above 18 (eighteen) years old). Children are only admitted if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Guests must not leave their children unattended on the premises of Marina City Aparthotel.
  • 5.12. Marina City Aparthotel maintains the right, at any moment, to change the information on this webpage as well as the General Terms and Conditions. Despite every effort to offer accurate and correct information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
  • 5.13. When a client makes a reservation, he/she is deemed to have read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions. Reservations made by phone, e-mail, or through our website are regarded an emerging contractual relationship. The payment is considered as acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions for staying at the hotel.
  • 5.14. For all disputes and legal issues not settled by these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the site www.marinacity.eu, the Republic of Bulgaria's statutory mandatory provisions shall apply.
