1. Reservation conditions
- 1.1. Send an inquiry via our website's contact form.
- 1.2. After we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm availability.
- 1.3. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation to the e-mail address you submitted.
- 1.4. At the hotel's discretion, a security deposit of up to 30 (thirty) % of the entire value of the reservation may be required, which you should transfer prior to check-in. We expect the payment within 3 (three) business days of receiving our e-mail (unless another period is agreed between the parties). The remaining amount of your reservation is due on the day of check-in. If you wish to cancel a reservation for which a security deposit has been transferred, the cancellation penalties outlined below apply.
- 1.5. If a deposit is requested in advance, your reservation is valid, but it is only deemed CONFIRMED after making the required payment for the specific request and receiving payment confirmation by e-mail.
- 1.6. In case the payment is not received within the specified time frame, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
